This page details the system used to calculate total points in Mario Kart Tour races, using data gathered during the Ice Tour. A driver, kart, or glider's level may increase when you obtain a driver, kart, or glider with the same name from the pipe or use a level-boost ticket. Higher level drivers are more likely to activate Frenzy mode, higher level karts have a higher bonus-point multiplier, and higher level gliders have a longer combo time duration.
To note: kart special bonuses (ie, the Badwagon's bonus to Mini-Turbo) were not factored in, and could possibly amount to a several hundred points. Also, all karts were assumed to be max point level: 300, 330, 400 for Normal, Super, and High End. This can help when quickly deciding upon a kart.
