Scholastic Teachables presents graphic organizers to help students evaluate their thoughts, comprehend nonfiction, and write engaging responses. A character is a person (or sometimes an animal) who figures in the action of a literary work. Choose one character from the selection and fill in the chart below based on what you learn about the character as you read.
