Oda really keeps their eyes detail in shape. till now, there's no canon color for Sanji's pupils in Manga, although according to Anime version, (many times) his eye is in Blue/Blue Navi. for the latest WSJ cover I saw quite many people quickly set his eyes as brown/bronze as canon - or even red!? What Haki color does Sanji have? After the two-year timeskip, Sanji has learned to use Haki and is a user of both the Color of Observation and the Color of Armament.
It is possible that he also has the ability to use the Color of the Supreme King. Why does Luffy's eyes turn white? Here are some I can remember. The colouring has such a degree of accuracy that I'm starting to think Shueisha has been consulting Oda about it. Anyway, I checked it out and managed to find out the eye colours of the Straw Hats I was unsure of. Usopp Sanji Franky (Lots of angry faces here).
In pre timeskip, Sanji's hair covered his left eye. Post timeskip, his hair covers his right eye showing his left eye. This was clearly an alpha male move to mock Zoro for having lost his left eye.
