Getting ready for school requires more than having a backpack and the right school supplies. It also means getting your child ready to learn in five key areas: Family Engagement, Health and [].
I produced this campaign for Beyond the Backpack. We worked with Tia Mowry. Nick Jr.'s Beyond the Backpack initiative promotes kindergarten readiness via the tools and research of a team of childhood experts at the Boston Children's Museum.

This kit provides the basics - tips, tricks, advice - to help parents understand and prepare their child for success in school (and in life!). Beyond the Backpack's activities focus on preparing kids to start school. The content, described as a complement to Nick Jr.'s preschool-age programming, focuses on five areas: family engagement, health and wellness, literacy skills, social and emotional skills, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) skills.
