Is a paint shop going to know wat "yellow 514" mean? Look at the chart on the web site posted by River, they list the PPG paint code against each Toyota colour code. If you give that code to a paint shop you'll have no problems. I'm pleased to see that my RA23's colour (listed simply as "orange") is on that site.
