In order to remove or fix the color mismatch simply open your ini editor (MO2 users) or open your skyrimprefes ini file and turn the bEnableImprovedSnow to 0 under Display. A value of 3 can be used in combination with fSnowSparklesColorR, fSnowSparklesColorG, and fSnowSparklesColorB to create a custom color. Please note that this isn't any color, as it is restricted to bright colors, and this is merely imposing the amount of red, green, and blue on top of the snow color.
The SNOW LODs have a different color (blue)/Snow color mismatch This is most likely due to the misuse of xLodgen using the wrong files before generating your lods. Duplicate an off-white texture from Nordic snow and name it the same as the non replaced texture in Majestic Mountain so that all snow looking textures are replaced by Nordic Snow. Your problem is that NobleSkyrim replace Windhelm dirt texture with their own snow texture. Either you have replace Windhelm dirt texture with snow texture from your landscape mod or just delete Noble's Windhelm dirt texture.
