Zetsu should like green. Konan likes whatever color Nagato likes. Tobi/Madara/Whoever wouldn't have picked an orange mask if he didn't like the color.
I just think it's interesting how Naruto's choice of color [outfit-wise] is the same as the color of Kyuubi: orange. Also, his summoning jutsu calls forth Gamabunta, who also happens to be orange.
