My question is would there be a violation against color changes of LTO if I decide to paint it with a lighter blue? Probably planning to go nearer to a truer shade of blue. I even painted a motorcycle with blue sa papers pero I made it into a blue red Violet color changing paint and di naman Ako sinita.
Mas pinansin bakit wala pa daw plaka motor ko and I said, blame LTO. I imagine you'd just need to change the color on the form (as in a correction) when you renew your vehicle registration. If you are pulled by a LEO, you can always have him match the VIN, and explain the recent color change, and plead forgiveness.
