I've been playing on a Minecraft server and a guy just started to give away his own items with colorful names. Can I use anvils to give colorful names to items? This works in anvil renaming and sign text, but I believe this also works in resource packs. So if you know how to edit item names in resource packs or language packs, you can permanently change the color of specific item names.
