While Mopar hardtop paint 68060406AA is the official match, it can be hard to find and expensive. More readily available and cost. The SEM is not exactly the same color as my hardtop, but mine could have changed color over time.
I'd go with what's in post #5 above for touch up. As far as spray, IDK, but if you're doing the whole thing, I think SEM would work.
