The great thing about these is you can make them in any colour to match the theme of your cake, maybe add black soles or red depending on the style of shoe you are creating. i dont know about there being a template as all the shoes are differant. if you can use a real shoe infront of you that will help.
To make it look real be sure to carve away some cake from the arch of the foot and under the toe. Use a firm cake and do your crumb coat in ganache as it sets up better.
