In Encanto we see Bruno, the perceived villain, wears green and has green eyes during his readings. This is definitely a misdirection by Disney as that green is more noticeable than the other colors used by Disney in the past to symbolize evil (like Ursula and the queen from Snow White) that are worn by the real antagonist, Abuela.
