Gnome Invert Colors

Inverts the color of individual windows so they are hue-preserved. Default shortcut is Super+I Extension Homepage https://github.com/jackkenney/gnome. I dislike that most websites use a black font on white background for their sites, as it gets too tiresome for me to read.

I've looked at doing this via a colour scheme (high contrast inverted) in Gnome3 without success - with liferea and icedove, menus and sidebars had the inverted color scheme but the parts where actual text is displayed where still black on white. Maybe there's a better scheme for this purpose? the xrandr-invert hack shows a noticable delay between un-inversion and inversion when opening or closing overview mode. This is solved by using gnome 32+ and/or disabling/not having xrandr.

I use an extension called "True Color Invert" for this, where by pressing Win + I, it inverts the colors for the current window, which is perfect and exactly what i. Invert color the whole Gnome Desktop Environment for reading purposes. This extention use xcalib program for inverting the color, so you need to install xcalib first (in debian-based ditro you can use 'sudo apt-get install xcalib').
