I cannot blame toei for not attempting color-correction though. The episodes are so uneven, I had to cut like every 5 seconds of the episode and color correct them separately. because every scene is different in terms of colors.

No official release has decent colors due to tints produced by film aging. All 200 episodes and 5 specials will be included with the Viz, Cloverway and Speedy dubs (I'm considering whether to include DiC by combining it with Viz).
