I was in middle of rewatching an episode [My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic], but I started noticing that (if not all) Unicorns that specialize in a magical talent have an aura that matches the color of something in their cutie marks. I'm a farmer/gardener by trade and my magic would most likely be related to plants in some way, so I'd guess green, though for the most part a unicorn's magic is matched to their eye color.
