MEET THE ARTIST Hanna Karlzon Introducing Hanna Karlzon, featured artist from Dreamtime Special (58). Born and raised in the north of Sweden, Hanna Karlzon has gone through life with a pencil in her hand. Hanna finds her inspiration in history and nature and often adds dreamlike elements to her drawings.
The last few years she has created a range of colouring books that have gained success. I also use my creativity in my garden during summer. In my portfolio you can catch a glimpse of some of the commissions, personal illustrations and patterns I have made.

Hanna Karlzon is an Umeå, Sweden-based illustrator and creator of the best-selling coloring books, Dagdrömmar and Sommarnatt, previously published in Sweden. She creates elaborately detailed images using India ink to detail pictures from her own imagination and loves to draw flowers, forests, houses, and animals. She draws her inspiration from the natural world that surrounds her studio in.
