The Earl GREY color was first introduced by Jeep on the CJ models in the 1970s. The Jeep Gladiator pickup is receiving a new paint color for 2023, simply named Earl. The new color is a "bold shade of gray with hints of aquamarine," joining the Gladiator palette after a debut on the 2023 Wrangler earlier this year.

The 2023 Jeep Wrangler is adding two new, interestingly named paint colors called Earl and Reign. Earl is a gray hue with hints of aquamarine that was first seen on the Jeep Gladiator Farout concept. Jeep customers can now order the 2023 Gladiator with the new Earl color at an affordable price of $695.
The Earl color will be added to the 2023 Gladiator's wide variety of colors including Colors, High Velocity, Firecracker Red, Hydro Blue, Sarge Green, Silver Zenith, Sting-Gray, Granite Crystal, Black, and Bright White. Available for the entire 2023 Jeep Wrangler production run is "Earl," a chalky gray with a slight blue tint. Our best guess is a nod to Earl Grey tea, but no matter, as we really like the color.

Initially featured on the Gladiator Farout Concept, Earl (paint code: PGP), a bold shade of Gray with hints of Aquamarine now joins the Gladiator lineup after making its production debut earlier on the 2023 Jeep Wrangler lineup. A pair of new colors are joining the 2023 Jeep Wrangler's color palette this year. The one we're most excited about is Reign, the purple one.
