Classic Scooby-Doo, Zombie Island, Witches Ghost and Mystery Inc might be a little frightening or be a little complex for a 2 year old. I'd suggest starting them off with A Pup Named Scooby. Too scary for most kids, too dumb for most teens.

For a 4 year old, probably "Whats New Scooby Doo" although the original is good, the graphics may seem a bit jarring and outdated to a kid who's never watched older cartoons before. Also, the themes and tech in Whats New Scooby Doo will be closer to what your daughter has experienced in every day life.

Scooby doo where are you, personally I don't like the new ones, so I suggest the scooby doo movies (the series) (after where are you) then the scooby doo show.
