Hockey Canada Cell Phone Policy
PURPOSE Hockey Canada firmly believes all participants (athletes, officials, coaches, team staff, etc.) have a right to access safe, inclusive, and equitable dressing spaces. In this regard, all participants have the right to utilize the dressing room or appropriate and equivalent dressing environment based on their gender identity, religious beliefs, body image concerns and/or other reasons. The no cell phone policy is in accordance with the ALLIANCE Hockey Dressing Room Policy - 13.3, which states "the use of cell phones and cameras are prohibited in all minor hockey dressing rooms." This policy extends to all players, coaches, and individuals who are permitted to be in minor hockey dressing rooms.
Governance Dressing Room Policy Hockey Saskatchewan follows the Hockey Canada policy with respect to dressing rooms.
