Nick Jr. Productions was the television production arm of Nickelodeon's preschool block, Nick Jr., created in 1993 to produce their own original content. They made several popular and award-winning shows, such as Blue's Clues, Dora the Explorer, Little Bear and The Backyardigans.
On February 2, 2009, the production arm was folded into Nickelodeon Productions as Nick Jr. was re. In 1988, this logo first premiered these logos consisted of a big and small object, which was to symbolize that the channel was for preschoolers to watch with their parents.
