Naruto Chakra Color In Manga
Early in the manga Naruto describes his chakra as yellow to Jiraiya and Kurama's chakra as red. The anime however didn't give a shit and made everyone's chakra blue. In The Last Kishi finally got his chance to clarify that Naruto's chakra is yellow and Hinata's is purple.
We can also make the logical assumption that Susanoo color is dictated by the users chakra color. I thought all chakra was blue. No, I'm pretty sure all character have different colors.

In fact Naruto's chakra color is yellow but the anime turned it into blue and Sasuke is purple in the color pages of Dei v Sasuke fight it has Sasuke with purple chakra doing chidori and his susano color is purple as well.
