While researching the problem, I thought I might as well write an article to help others out. I have bought Parker Black Quink just to give it a go but I find it to leak a bit out of my Safari (M), Conklin Herringbone (EF) and Monteverde Invincia (F). Also, when I write, it seems like too much ink is flowing and my Conklin loos like it's an M.

It's a great ef writer but there's one big problem. Every so often at irregular time intervals, the pen will well up like crazy around the feed and under the hood, usually when capped resulting in a massive accumulation of ink around the feed or a flood of section creep.
