Tails Color Palette Glitch

Cyborg Sonic, also known as "The Sonic 3 EXE Glitch", is, well, a color palette glitch present in the original, stand-alone release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. It's well known and quite infamous for being uncannily similar to the Sonic.exe character in appearance, having black eyes and red pupils. As previously stated, Cyborg Sonic is a glitch.

He can be provoked by turning on and off Debug. This same glitch can also be used to, briefly, play any level under water - which is what causes the palette glitches. UPDATE: The Cyborg Sonic trick does in fact work with Tails.

The resulting palette glitch gives him the same colour palette as Wechnia, the corrupted version of Knuckles caused by left over Tails code in Knuckles' Chaotix. Hidden Super Tails Palette in Sonic the hedgehog 3 (Genesis) and mid. Palette Glitch (iOS) Enter Debug Mode and select Oil Ocean Act 2 as Sonic and Tails.

Once there, go to the checkpoint directly before the boss fight and become Super Sonic with an S Monitor, then place a Teleportation Monitor and smash it. Entities who are a palette glitch. This makes it less of a character and moreso a base for other oddities.
