Their hair is the exact same colour as their skin and there isn't even any sort of line to show where the skin ends and the hair begins.
Almost everybody else in The Simpsons has different coloured hair to their skin so it's not even that normal in that world. In fact it seems to be exclusive to Bart, Lisa and Maggie. This is actually joked about in one episode (I forget which) when Bart asks where his hair begins, saying "Head, head, hair, where's the border? ", at which point Lisa realizes she has the same problem and gasps "What are we?".
