Also, I'm pretty sure in the last view of it in the film, the color ends with pink. Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather are the three good fairies in Walt Disney 's 1959 film Sleeping Beauty. They are characterized as Princess Aurora 's fairy godmothers and guardians, who appear at baby Aurora's christening to present their gifts to her.

I always though she was "supposed" to be pink. You know, cause of the fight over Arura's dress color. Flora's dress always looked more red to me though.
Orange in some scenes they might have done for shadowing? Line indoors can outdoors. Her accessories were always a lighter orangey yellow than the dress itself so that may be why. Flora and Merryweather's argument about the color of Aurora's birthday gown (Flora wanted pink, and Merryweather wanted blue) attracts the attention of Maleficent's pet raven, Diablo (Candy Candido) who can see the sparkles from the magic wand coming out of the chimney of the cottage.
