What is FPSSj also known as Grade 4 or the fan name MSSj? There are debates for years now what it actually is. People argue i. The Grade 4 Ssj allows Goku to use ALL the Regular Super Saiyan Potential, which means that infornt of Korin he released the amount of Genki he is currently holding in his hands, but infront of Cell he accessed more power from the Super Saiyan Potential.
The only characters we know got grade four are Vegeta, Gohan and Goku. Everyone else is implied to probably have it since all we really know is needed to obtain it is to stay super saiyan for long periods of time. Toriyama has called ssj2/3 variations of super saiyan that could easily be surpassed by SSJ1 with more training.
