Sailor Moon Bow Color
In some images she has a red bow but in Sailor Moon R she is mostly pictured with a more pink tinted bow. In Sailor Moon Crystal however she is sporting a red bow throughout. So it really all depends on what season of the anime you're talking about or if you are only referring to Crystal.
Her hair bow is red (the story is that the guy she had a crush on in the Sailor V manga said she'd look good in a red bow so she's worn one ever since), and red represents love too (as I mentioned with Moon). She and Moon have some of the same colors, this could be because of their similar personalities. Sailor Moon (Classic, R) - She had a crescent moon insignia on her red choker, the tops of her boots, and also had her transformation brooch in the center of her front bow.

It could even be black, like her hair, but is drawn and portrayed as purple to make it stand out. Some art makes it look more pink to distinguish it from the red of Sailor Mars or the red of Sailor Venus' hair bow. Mars and Venus are a warmer true red whereas Sailor Moon's is a cool.

Early sketches of Naoko showed each scout's sailor fuku being vastly different and unique from each other. I think the bow color probably stemmed from those early sketches. Even that aside, they all have different shoes, and they even have different amounts of white stripes on their colors! What are Sailor Moon's colors? Coming from the original anime, I always thought of Moon's original costume colors as blue and red.
I have seen some manga images, however, where the "red" parts of her costume appear more like a dark pink. I don't think it's canon, but I always associated it with their rank. Sailor Venus is the leader and has a non-matching bow.
