Same problem here on my Sonic Pad won't load file from USB, won't print. My system was working great until this update, now I can't do anything. I have a Sonic Pad on an Ender 3 S1 Plus, only had it for 2 months, but it worked, now all I have is a dead printer.
Someone at Creality needs to fix this problem immediately! Put the memory stick in the sonic pad open the USB stick load the print. the picture of the part comes up like it always did. Press the print tab it says loading for about 2 seconds and that's it, printing doesn't start.
I have probably 20 sliced files that are on the USB stick that before I did the update loaded and printed fine. Your workflow fails to take advantage of one of the biggest reasons for using a Sonic Pad: printing directly from your computer. Switch to a better slicer, one that will allow you to interface directly with the Sonic Pad and send your prints from the computer directly to the printer.
I follow the prompts on the Sonic Pad and I just keep getting the message "printer not ready", and I'm correctly connected to the printer, usb cable runs from Sonic Pad usb port 1 to the printer usb-c port. I need some help with my CR-10 Smart Pro, I got a Sonic pad for my birthday and after weeks of talking with Creality and try everything I can think of, the Sonic pad will not connect to the printer with the usb cable? Any suggestions would be appreciated. USB1 intermittent 📷 Problem: Frequent random disconnects during printing when printer is connected to USB 1 on SonicPad. All suggestions to fix this failed, i.e., better cable, 5V blocker, mechanical stabilization of loose USB port, etc.
Solution: Move printer port to USB3 on back top of SonicPad. I recently loaded the latest firmware for my Sonic Pad, V1.6.54.20, to find I am no longer able to print from a USB stick. When I went to copy from the USB to the local drive an error message "File Copy Failed" came up.
Hello, the usb drive that came with the Sonic Pad got corrupted. I tried formatting it in both FAT 32 and NTFS but the sonic pad still doesn't recognize it. Any recommendations?
