Since they are sometimes quite rare, for the odd. Here's a list of almost every color ever available for the NSX. These were taken from the JDM NSX parts books: February 2002 (for 1991-2001 cars) and October 2003 (for 2002-2003 cars) editions.
Some colors are missing from the later years, noticeably Imola Orange Pearl, Long Beach Blue Pearl. The rarest of all marks is the mk3 Paradise Pearl followed by Electric Green. Far more rare that all of the mk1 and 2 colors.

If you want to count the jdm cars Mk3 Leaf Green is the rarest of ALL colors. There are a couple of new colors on the 04 and 05 spyders that are very rare also. Silver Streak and Thunder Grey.
