Still, I think it's totally worth trying. The toy story shuttle is free but from the worldmark, I believe it is faster to walk all the way to the park entrance than to the toy story shuttle stop. This is because usually, you can't get to the shuttle pickup location from the back which means you'd have to walk all the way to Harbor, walk away from the park entrance, then walk all the way across the parking lot.
