For the fingerprints: Brush a layer of paint to the fingertip and press onto the top part of the cupcake using one of the colors listed in Step 2. Use a pencil to write the child's name next to the print. To apply the names, use a detail writing bottle with Licorice to write the name next to that child's fingerprint.
