This is a traditional Star Wars opening I created for the Star Wars Role Playing Game by West End Games. This adventure (Starfall) is an original work written by Rob Jenkins and Michael Stern in 1989. Starfall is one of my favorite Star Wars adventures.
It has that same pulp breathlessness as the films, with some interesting if lightly sketched characters, some fun encounters, and a very good plug. Another of the early adventure modules for the game, released in 1989, Starfall is set entirely aboard an Imperial Victory-Class Star Destroyer. The plot begins with the Character's captured, sitting in the Star Destroyer's brig and awaiting their fate.
What dangers await the Rebels deep within the smouldering ruins of this once-great vessel? What Imperial devices remain to prevent their exit? Only those with courage and conviction will attempt to find out. Only those with strength and luck can hope to survive. This game is also contained in Star Wars Classic Adventures Volume Five.
