Play games, win prizes, find your new favourite book. Were the squirrels freaking out because they thought someone was stealing their leaves? We also collected leaves (I had to collect them before for my Thursday class because of the rain). We glued some of our favorite leaves onto some paper.
We also did some coloring. Here is a coloring sheet for the story. -a page in which students will alphabetize words from the book -a page in which students will color code leaves based on whether they contain a word that rhymes with the word "leaf".
