Even for characters who become princesses in their films, like Dot and Anna, they still didn't get acknowledged as Official Disney Princesses.
While the Disney Princess line only includes 12 princesses officially, there are several more role models in Disney movies that should, based on their characters, be included in the official lineup, or at least count as honorary Disney Princesses. There are some requirements that Official Disney Princesses have to meet. They have to look to be human, be married or be born into royalty, and/or do something heroic in their movie.
